As part of our strategic planning work, we are seeking input from the organizations and individuals who make Ronald McDonald House Toronto's mission possible—like our funders, partners, and collaborators. Your perspective is invaluable as we work to ensure Ronald McDonald House Toronto remains aligned with the evolving needs of children, families, and the pediatric healthcare system.

The aim is to understand what you see as our strengths, opportunities, and challenges as we plan for the future. Your honest feedback will help us identify priorities and shape our strategic direction to better serve families experiencing pediatric healthcare challenges.

This strategy is being developed using our recently developed Global Impact Framework, organized around four key goals: 1) serve more families, better; 2) prioritize people; 3) drive engagement with Ronald McDonald House Toronto; and 4) enhance collaboration.

This survey is completely voluntary, anonymous, and confidential.

Our consultant, Dr. Cameron Norman, will compile the results to inform our strategic planning process and help guide Ronald McDonald House Toronto's direction for the next three years.
